- Crated using select berries and herbs, with a kiss of Kagoshima strawberry aroma. \nHioki, where our distillery is located, is one of the Kagoshimas leading strawberry-producing regions. Komasa Gin Ichigo perfectly expresses the elegant sweetness and aroma of ripe red strawberries grown in the enriching sunlight of Southern Kyushu. Ichigo is made by re-distilling our Honkaku shochu with juniper berries, raspberries, blueberries, rosemary, ginger, basil and coriander.
