We are glad to introduce the new Farfalle Rigate, that after a restyling of the former product appears even more beautiful and appetizing. Textured on the surface thanks to the bronze die and slightly ridged on one side to capture the sauce. Just try and let them become your favorite pasta shape!

Sturdy in size, with large and proportionate wings and a light striping that makes it not only beautiful to look at, but also extraordinarily tasty. To prepare them in the best possible way, we propose a recipe with lard from colonnata, black cabbage cream flavored with orange , or with beetroot cream and crunchy toasted sesame seeds. Cooking time is 10 mins.
