Our traditional and organic jams are made in Provence by expertise inherited from ancient jam recipes and cooked in pots. Our 30 years? expertise as a jam-maker has allowed us to develop delicious recipes. Jams rich in fruit, taste and flavour. Les Comtes de Provence has opted to make its products using cooking pots. A traditional method used by artisanal jam makers and our grandmothers: the width of the pan spreads the heat so the fruit cooks evenly without overcooking. This enhances the concentration of taste and flavour. Cooking pots also help the environment, because the temperature rises faster and saves energy. Strawberries chosen for Les Comtes de Provence Jams are of the highest quality and are rigorously selected and sourced from organic farms. A delectable recipe, cooked in pots, that is rich in fruit (64%) and light in pure cane sugar. This jam has large pieces of fruit and is deliciously spreadable. Using organic and non GMO ingredients, these preserves are wonderful for spreading on toast, using in baking, adding to yogurt and more.
