Traditional Chinese dumpling skin, used for making dumplings. Suitable to be used in soups or pan-fried as Gyoza.

Place a wrapper on your hand and a teaspoon of your desired filling in the center of the wrapper. Use your finger to moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and mould it to your designed shape. Wet the portion where the sides meet. Pinch to close and seal.
Keep refrigerated at 2C - 7C. Once open, best consumed within the day.
