- - Pan-Fry: Cut into cubes or slabs as desired. Pan-fry over medium heat with a little oil until golden brown on all sides. Great for crispy edges and a soft interior.
- - Deep-Fry: Slice into your preferred shape and deep-fry at 180°C until crispy and golden. Adjust frying time based on thickness and size.
- - Stir-Fry / Braise: Add directly into your dish to soak up sauces and seasonings. For best texture, lightly pan-sear before adding to the main dish.
- - Air-Fry: A healthier option—air-fry at 180°C for 8–14 minutes depending on size. Flip halfway through for even crisping.
