Stir-fry dish: It is not necessary to blanch the product before stir-frying. Stir-fry the product with ingredients such as minced garlic, and pork meat for 20-30 seconds. Add water & dark soy sauce and increase heat to the highest temperature. Cover wok to let noodles braise until gravy thickens. Cooking time takes about 10mins.
