Soup: Blanch the noodles at 90C for 5-10 seconds before serving. Note: The longer you cook, the softer the noodles. Stir-fry: It is not necessary to blanch the product before stir-frying. Stir-fry the product with other ingredients such as sauces, vegetables etc for 15-20 seconds. Note: Noodles will stick together if overcooked.
