- I'm 3.5% ABV! Inspired by a 1567 painting that depicts a wedding ceremony where Kriek beers are served, my brewmasters created me, an oak-aged cherry Lambic. I was brewed in 1822 and it took me over 150 years to be recognised by palates across the world which was why I was the one of the first Belgian Lambics to be internationally distributed. I pour a deep red colour with a fluffy purplish-pink head that releases a notes of freshly harvested cherries. Like all Lambics, I am spontaneously fermented which gives me a uniquely sweet and sour profile. I sparkle with tart cherries and a hint of red wine... I'm a treat that you deserve.
