- 1. Stir fry a packet of Mak Nonya Instant Tom Yum Sauce till fragrant
- 2. Add water 700ml (3 1/2 cups), add 2 tomatoes, vegetable, chili padi, prawns, squid and chicken 250g
- 3. Stir over medium heat till boil and add lime juice to taste
- 4. Garnish with peppermint leaves
