PREPARATION
- 1. Boil noodle into 400cc (2 glasses) of water and simmer for 3 minutes
- 2. Pour all seasoning, soya sauce, and chilli sauce into a bowl while noodle is being cooked
- 3. Take noodle from the water and drain it
- 4. Mix the cooked noodle with seasoning, soya sauce and chilli sauce until even
- 5. Spread fried crispy onion and noodle is ready to be served
