Key Information

This cylindrical, long, and rather thick pasta is used primarily for the making of pastitsio (pastichio), the traditional Greek lasagna type casserole dish. 500 g Since 1927, MISKO has been making pasta products and is currently the largest and most popular pasta producer in Greece. Misko is made from fine Greek wheat that cooks to a tender consistency. Each pack contains about 6 servings.

Preparation

100gr MISKO Macaroni Pastitsio No.2, 1 liter of water, 7gr of salt. Add salt in boiling water. Add pasta stirring occasionally. Cook for 10-13 minutes. Drain pasta and serve it with the sauce you prefer.
