Put in 1 packet of MUSC Taiwan Beef Noodles paste 100g in 1.5L of water and bring to boil. Put in 1 packet of 200g beef, salt to taste into the soup and continue boiling for 1 hour. Remove the beef from the soup, cut into thin slice for later topping. Sieve the soup and top up to 1.25L. Put in the chopped salted vegetable and chicken stock cube to taste and cook for 10 min. In one bowl of the ready blached noodle, pour in the soup and add in the toppings.
Store in a cool,dry place.
