PREPARATION
- 1. Put rice vermicelli into 400ml of boiling water in a pot
- 2. Boil and stir for 1 and 1/2 minutes
- 3. Put seasoning powder onto rice vermicelli and stir
- 4. Serve into a bowl and put the flavoured oil
- 5. Add chilli as desired
