Our cold-pressed Sacha Inchi Seed Oil is obtained from sacha inchi seeds that are organically grown and sustainably harvested in the Peruvian Amazon. This oil is very high in omega-3 fats (about 48 percent) and has an excellent balance of Omega 3, Omega 6 and Omega 9 fatty acids.

1) Consume directly as a supplement (1 tablespoon a day).
2) Use it in salads, dips and dressings.
3) Add directly to cooked vegetables/dishes to increase Omega 3 content.
4) Use it as a cooking oil for medium-heat recipes. Stir-fries are fine.
5) Apply on dry skin as a light facial oil or mix into daily moisturizer. Sacha Inchi Seed Oil has great hydration/anti-aging benefits for skin. Can also be used as hair oil.
