Moringa leaf powder is more concentrated in nutrients than fresh Moringa leaves. Moringa leaf powder is one of the nature's best multivitamins; an excellent whole-food source of vitamin A, B complex, E, calcium, iron, chlorophyll, various antioxidants and protein including ALL essential amino acids that are not produced by our body and yet are required for human protein synthesis. Other nutrients include high amounts of Chlorophyll (alkalizing, and naturally cleansing the body of toxins), Carotenoids, Cytokinins, Flavonoids, Plant Sterols, Polyphenols, Lutein, Zeaxanthin (both lutein and zeaxanthin help prevent macular degeneration of the eyes), Xanthins, Rutin and many more antioxidants. PREPARATION

Mix 1 teaspoon of moringa powder into juices, smoothies, yogurt, soups, etc. We do not recommend cooking with Moringa powder as high temperatures can destroy some of its nutrients. For cooked foods, you can add Moringa powder after the dish is cooked and the temperature has cooled a little. Recommended daily intake: 2-3 teaspoons. Start with half or 1 teaspoon first (test your body's response to it) and then increase daily.
