PREPARATION

To prepare chia seeds for optimal digestion, it's recommended to soak them in water or other liquids first. There is no need to rinse the seeds. Simply add 1-2 teapoons of seeds into a big cup of water or liquid, stir well and let them sit for minimum 5 minutes, before drinking up.
