Naturel Organic Spaghetti is made from 100% Italian durum wheat. The durum what is checked and certified as organic by ICEA and USDA. It is produced naturally, for those who prefer a healthy diet as it is low in fat, sodium free and a great source of dietary fibre.

1. As pasta triples in size when cooked, use a large pot to ensure enough room for water and pasta (Ratio: One litre of water for 100g of pasta)
3. Add salt to boiling water
4. Add pasta once the water reach the boiling point. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook uncovered according to suggested cooking time on the packet
5. Blanch with cold water, strain and serve with your favourite sauce
