PREPARATION

• 2. Season the fish with your choice of seasoning.
• 3. Place the seasoned fish in the pan and cook over medium heat.
• 4. Cook each side for about 5-6 minutes or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
• Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the sutchi cubes.
