- Okunomatsu nihon-matsu gentei junmai sake (shinbun-maki) is a sake that is only sold in nihonmatsu, fukushima prefecture. Wrapped in shinbun (newspaper), it has a pleasant fruity aroma reminiscent of banana, pear and white flowers, with flavours of melon, yoghurt, strawberry and a touch of acidity reminiscent of lemon peel. Best enjoyed chilled.
