KEY INFORMATION
Blend Verde is a combination of Maurino, Verzola and Leccino. It has a light green color; the nose is broad and aromatic which recalls the olive in the right degree of ripeness. In the mouth it is medium-intense fruity, where there are well distinguishable notes of artichoke, green apple and freshly cut herbs and rocket. It closes in a very balanced bitter and spicy note. This is a very balanced and versatile oil. It pairs especially well with bruschetta, salads, fresh and au gratin vegetables, vegetable soups and excellent on grilled meats.
