The Australian carrots are extremely crunchy and are a rich source of vitamin A and antioxidant agents.

- 1. Peel and slice the carrots
- 2. Fill pan with 3cm of salt water and boil it
- 3. Add the carrot slices and continue boiling before reducing the heat and covering the pan
- 4. Cook until the carrots are tender but not soft
- 5. This will take about 10 – 15 minutes
Store in a cool and dry place
