• Method for Pizza Dough:
1. Place flour (3 cups, yeast (1 sachet) and salt (2 teaspoons) in a bowl and mix
2. Gradually add the water and olive oil the knead by hand for 7 - 10 minutes until the dough is smooth
3. Place dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap
4. Set aside in warm place to rise for 30 minutes to an hour until it doubles in volume
5. Knead dough gently for a few minutes to remove some air
6. Divide dough in three and roll out pizza bases
7. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench before rolling to prevent dough from sticking
