- • Method for Pizza Dough:
- 1. Place flour (3 cups, yeast (1 sachet) and salt (2 teaspoons) in a bowl and mix
- 2. Gradually add the water and olive oil the knead by hand for 7 - 10 minutes until the dough is smooth
- 3. Place dough in lightly oiled bowl and cover with cling wrap
- 4. Set aside in warm place to rise for 30 minutes to an hour until it doubles in volume
- 5. Knead dough gently for a few minutes to remove some air
- 6. Divide dough in three and roll out pizza bases
- 7. Sprinkle a little flour on the bench before rolling to prevent dough from sticking
