How to Use:
3 cups of tea daily may provide above benefits.
Use 1 teaspoon of chamomile flowers per cup of boiled water.
Steep for 5-8 minutes, strain and pour.
(In summer, ice cubes or mint leaves can be added making a refreshing drink. Half dose for children.)
