  • 9. The Bring Home The POKÉMON Magic Collection Limited Warranty
  • (9.1.) 6 months limited warranty on product defects, excluding wear and tear or accidental breakages.
  • (9.2.) Defective products will be replaced or refunded.
  • (9.3.) Proof of Purchase or NTUC receipt is required for refund.
  • Accidental breakage from impact (Mechanical Breakage) is not covered by warranty. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Use and Care instructions provided at the time of purchase. Receipt and product are required for replacement at Axxel Marketing Pte Ltd.
  • 10. Every nett purchase of $30, inclusive of fuel purchase but exclude statutory items (infant milk formula stage 1 & 2, 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, vouchers, and cigarettes, EZ-Link, FlashPay, CashCard, top-up services, gift cards, phone cards, parking coupons, courier services and purchases via delivery platforms like, Grab and Link Member Deals), in one receipt entitles the customer to one (1) Bring Home The POKÉMON Magic Collection Bonus Point. Combination of receipts is not allowed.
  • 11. Bonus points will not be issued for Unity home delivery service items.
  • 12. Bonus points will not be issued for purchases made at Unity Changi Airport Terminal 2 and 3 outlets.
  • 13. Bonus points will not be issued for payment made to tenants within the store premises.
  • 14. Only original FairPrice Bring Home The POKÉMON MagicCollection Bonus Point stubs will be accepted. No photocopies or faded Bring Home The POKÉMON Magic Collection Bonus Point stubs will be allowed.
  • 15. NTUC FairPrice reserves the right to substitute items of similar value and change any terms and conditions without prior notice.
