• • Participation in the In-store Pre-order campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions. Pre-orders placed are deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto shall be final and binding in all respects.
• • Pre-orders made for the Chinese New Year Pre-order Campaign are only available for collection after a minimum of 5 days from the date of order.
• • No replacement/refund will be given for orders not collected on the stated collection date. Fresh items may be discarded if order is not collected before expiry date.
• • For orders made through the FairPrice Group app, customers are advised to check their order through the app, by clicking into Account > Activity > swipe left to see the Pre Order tab, click into the order details to see the QR code.
• • For orders made in-store with a store staff, a physical receipt with the order details and a QR code will be given.
• • All collections are to be made according to the collection date and preferred collection time slot selected during ordering.
• • FairPrice promo codes and discount vouchers (both physical and E-Vouchers) cannot be used for payment via the Pre-order feature on the FairPrice Group app.
• • No cancellations and exchanges are allowed.
• • Customers can expect to be notified via SMS via their registered mobile number for pre-orders placed in-store and Push Notifications and Electronic Direct Mail for Pre-orders placed via FPG app on collection day.
• • The Chinese New Year Pre-order items available for ordering on this platform are not an exhaustive representation of all items available. Some stores may carry exclusive products that are only available in selected stores.
• • Customers shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order, including without limitation the item(s) selected.
• • Pre-orders made via the FairPrice Group app are NOT entitled to Senior Citizen / Pioneer / Merdeka Generation discount.
• • Linkpoints issuance is eligible for all orders for Linkpoints eligible skus, with no cap on spending or item quantity.
• • Customers may request for Loyalty Programme Bonus Stamps for purchases through the ordering app.
• • Purchases made via FPG apps are also qualified for lucky draw chances under the FairPrice Festive Draw 2026 will qualify for maximum one bonus chance in Tier 3 of the Lucky Draw.
• • All Chinese New Year Preorder items are cooked and chilled unless otherwise stated. Strictly no cutting, slicing and/or preheating requests are to be made.
• • All product weights shown are measured before roasting/cooking unless otherwise stated. For all items, trimmings and props shown in visuals are not included.

• • CNY pre-orders are available from 1 January 2026 - 26 January 2026. The earliest delivery date will be 5 February 2026 and the last delivery date will be on 9 February 2026, subject to availability.
• • If the subtotal/cart amount is $59 or above, the order will qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, home delivery fee will still apply
• • The delivery period is from 5 February 2026 - 9 February 2026
• • Strictly no rescheduling of delivery/change of address once orders are placed. If a new delivery date or time is required, please cancel the existing order and place a new order.
• • Substitution option is not applicable for pre-order items
