PREPARATION

  • • Roasted Beef
  • - Steaming
  • 1. Submerge the product (with pakaging) into water maintained at 85- 90° C for 22-25 minutes.
  • 2. Remove packaging and place Rib eye onto an oven safe tray
  • 3. Roast for another 5-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 150° C before serve
  • - Using a conventional oven/ air fryer
  • 1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • 2. Remove packaging and place beef onto an oven-safe tray.
  • 3. Lightly cover the top part of beef with aluminum foil, roast beef for 85 minutes for medium-well beef, 100 minutes for well-done beef.
  • 4. Beef is ready to be served.
  • Gourmet Sauce
  • 1. Boil a pot of water.
  • 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
  • 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
