PREPARATION
- • Pork Ribs
- 1. Cover Pork Ribs with aluminium foil
- 2. Roast in pre-heated oven at 150° C for 20 minutes.
- 3. Product is ready to be served
- • Roasted Beef
- - Steaming
- 1. Submerge the product (with pakaging) into water maintained at 85- 90° C for 22-25 minutes.
- 2. Remove packaging and place Rib eye onto an oven safe tray
- 3. Roast for another 5-7 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 150° C before serve
- - Using a conventional oven/ air fryer
- 1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
- 2. Remove packaging and place beef onto an oven-safe tray.
- 3. Lightly cover the top part of beef with aluminum foil, roast beef for 85 minutes for medium-well beef, 100 minutes for well-done beef.
- 4. Beef is ready to be served.
- • Gourmet Sauce
- 1. Boil a pot of water.
- 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
- 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
