PREPARATION

  • • Hams
  • - Steaming
  • 1. Covered and steam for approximately 60-65 minutes
  • 2. Roast in pre-heated oven at 170°C for 5-10 minutes
  • 3. Ham is ready to be served
  • - Roasting
  • 1. Preheat oven to 170°C.
  • 2. Remove ham from packaging and place onto an oven-safe tray, lightly cover the top part of ham (skin) with aluminum foil to prevent burning.
  • 3.Place ham on to an oven-safe tray, roast for 2.5 – 3 hours.
  • 4.Ham is ready to be served.
  • • Cranberry Sauce
  • 1. Boil a pot of water.
  • 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
  • 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
  • 4. The sauce is ready to be served
