PREPARATION
- • Whole Turkey
- - Steaming Method (whole turkey)
- 1. Transfer Turkey into a steam-safe container.
- 2. Cover with Cling wrap to avoid moisture seeping in and steam for approximately 60 minutes or till temperature reaches 60° C and above
- 4. Roast at pre-heated oven 150° C for another 5 - 10 minutes
- 5. Turkey is ready to be served.
- - Roasting (Whole turkey)
- 1. Preheat oven to 150°C.
- 2. Remove turkey from packaging and place turkey onto an oven-safe tray. Wrap turkey wings with aluminum foil to prevent skin from burning. , roast for 100-110 mins.
- 3.Turkey is ready to be served.
- • Chestnut Stuffing
- - Steaming
- 1. Remove chestnut stuffing from packaging and transfer it into a steam-safe container.
- 2. Cover chestnut stuffing with cling wrap to avoid moisture seeping in.
- 3. Steam covered chestnut stuffing over boiling water for 10 mins.
- 4. Product is ready to be served
- - Microwave
- 1. Put an additional bowl of water along with the bowl of uncovered chestnut stuffing into the microwave. Reheat on high for 1-2 minutes.
- 2. Chestnut stuffing is ready to be served.
- • Sausages
- - Boiling
- 1. Boil 1 liter of water in a pot.
- 2. Put the sausages in and cook at low heat for 10 minutes and serve.
- - Pan Grilling
- 1. Place 1 tablespoon of oil or butter in a preheated pan.
- 2. Place the sausages into the pan and grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove once both sides of the sausages are cooked and serve.
- - Air Fryer
- 1. Place the sausages in the air fryer.
- 2. Reheat the sausages at 170°C for 7-8 minutes and serve.
- • Cranberry Sauce / Gourmet Sauce
- 1. Boil a pot of water.
- 2. Submerge sauce pack into the hot water, remove pot from heat.
- 3. Leave sauce pack in hot water for 5 minutes.
- 4. The sauce is ready to be served
