DTM's roasted duck is marinated and sealed with imported spices. All the aroma and juices will be locked inside during roasting. The end result is a Roast Duck with juicy, tasty meat wrap in a glistening skin without added preservatives or MSG. Convenience is the name of the game here at DTM. We portion the duck in half and remove the hard backbone/spine so you can use your home knife or scissors to portion the duck more easily.
