PREPARATION
- • How To Prepare:
- 1. Put PrimaMix Doughnut Mix in a mixer, add water and mix at low speed (2 minutes) or at medium speed (9 minutes)
- 2. Cover the dough in the mixer with a moist cloth and let it stand for about 25 minutes at room temperature
- 3. Repeat the rolling and folding
- 4. Cover dough with a moist cloth and let it rest for 5 minutes
- 5. Roll the dough to even thickness of 10 mm and dust with flour to prevent sticking
- 6. Cut rings of doughnuts and roll the remaining dough into a sheet and cut again
- 7. Arrange doughnuts on a greased flat surface, cover with a moist cloth and let it rise for about 1 hour at room temperature
- 8. Heat up oil in deep fryer to 180°C (medium heat) and test the oil with a remaining piece of dough
- 9. Fry doughnuts till golden brown (1 - 2 minutes on each side)
