PREPARATION
- Direction:
- 1. For every 100g of PrimaMix Tempura batter mix, use 190 - 210ml of ice cold water and whisk gently until well dispersed
- 2. Preheat oil over a high flame, then reduce to medium heat (180°C)
- 3. Put some PrimaMix Tempura Batter Mix on a dry plate
- 4. Coat the prawns with dry PrimaMix Tempura Batter mix and dip them into the batter
- 5. Deep-fry Prawns for 2 - 3minutes and repeat with fish, vegetables, and others
- 6. Serve with Tempura Dip
