Visions Cookware offers a limited 10-year warranty on the cookpot base for damage resulting from thermal breakage due to extreme hot or cold temperatures. *This warranty does not apply to the induction base. And a limited 2-year warranty on the glass cover that breaks from oven heat, covered by Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. Accidental breakage from impact (Mechanical Breakage) is not covered by warranty. Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) promises to replace any Corelle Vitrelle dinnerware that should crack, break, chip, or permanently stain within 1 year from date of purchase. For these warranties to apply, the owner must follow the Use and Care instructions provided at the time of purchase. Receipt and product are required for replacement at Corelle Brands (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd. Warranty is not applicable to Pyrex Glass Storage Set, Carafe and Double Wall Glass Mug.
• 9. Every nett purchase of $30, except statutory items (infant milk formula stage 1 & 2, 4D, Toto, Singapore Sweep, vouchers, and cigarettes), in one receipt entitles the customer to one (1) The IH Visions and Disney Pooh Misty Mornings Collection Bonus Point. Combination of receipts is not allowed.
• 10. Bonus points will not be issued for Unity home delivery service items.
• 11. Bonus points will not be issued for purchases made at Unity Changi Airport Terminal 2 and 3 outlets.
• 12. Bonus points will not be issued for payment made to tenants within the store premises.
