- • Our Redman Corn Starch is flavourless on its own. It is a thickening agent used to improve the overall texture of soups, sauces, marinades and desserts. This product is halal-certified. Store in a dark and cool environment.Our Redman Corn Flour provides texture to a product, rather than taste. It is most commonly used to thicken dishes. This product is available in packets of 500g, 3KG and 10KG.
- • Add into your recipe as instructed as a form of thickener. Blend one part corn flour with two parts cold liquid and stir until smooth before adding to the item you would like to thicken. If corn flour is added to hot liquid, lumps will form.
