  • PREPARATION

    1. Cook the noodle cakes in sufficient quantity of boiling water for 3 minutes
    2. Stir them until well loosened
    3. Drain the noodle and soak in cold water
    4. Then serve in any following styles:
    Noodles with soup:
    Add butter or lard and seasoning to the noodle, some canned of cooked meats and vegetables may be served together if desired
    Noodles with gravy and stewed meats:
    Served by mixing butter, gravy, oyster sauce or tomato ketchup with cooked noodle or serve together with stewed meats and vegetables
    Fried noodles:
    1. Fry two cakes of well-cooked noodles in a saucepan until slightly brown and crisp
    2. Add in three tablets of sintonso as gravy and slices of meat if desired
