PREPARATION
- Stir Fry
- - Soak bean sticks and vermicelli in water for 10 minutes.
- - Fry the garlic and ginger pieces until fragrant.
- - Add in cabbage, carrots, mushrooms, bean sticks and vermicelli.
- - Add oyster sauce and pince of salt to taste.
- - Fry all ingredients until it cooked.
- - Remove from heat and serve hot.
- Claypot
- - Soak bean sticks in water for 10 minutes.
- - Add meat.
- - Cook until it turns soft.
