- Great steamed or pan-fried.
- Marinate it with soy sauce, pepper, sesame oil and shaoxing wine. Set aside to marinate, then coat it in corn flour. Place the Threadfin portions in a pan of oil for 3 minutes, then flip over to pan fry for another 2 minutes, till the skin is crispy. Using the same pan, on medium/low heat, saute chopped garlic, shredded ginger and diced spring onion till aromatic. Add gravy and bring to boil. Drizzle gravy over Threadfin portions. Serve and enjoy!
