STORAGE INFORMATION
The best way to store milk powder is in a cool, dry, dark place and additional securing on using airtight containers such as Mylar bags or glass jars to protect it from moisture and oxygen. For long-term storage, use oxygen absorbers or vacuum sealing to remove air and prevent fat oxidation. Label the container with the date it was opened to keep track of its freshness.
