Cooking Instructions: 1. Put all the ingredients into the soup bag. Soak into 4.5-5L water for 10 minutes, then boil the soup. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. Season with salt or soy bean miso to taste, then turn off the stove and set aside. 2. Suggested steamboat ingredients: - Fruit & leafy vegetables (chayote, pumpkin, cabbage) - Protein foods (vegetarians: bean curd, tempeh & non-vegetarians: fish & meat slices)
