Rinse raw quinoa with water, add 1 part raw quinoa, 2 parts water/broth and a pinch of sale to small pot over medium heat and bring to a boil. Turn down heat low, cover with a lid and allow contents to simmer for 10 minute. Turn off heat and allow contents to steam cook for another 10 minutes. fluff cooked quinoa with a fork.
Store in cool dry place away from direct sunlight
