PREPARATION

  • • Serves 4
  • 1. Steam a medium sized fish (400g to 500g) with ginger strips over high heat until cooked
  • 2. Pour away fish juices then garnish with sliced spring onions and parsley
  • 3. Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil in a small saucepan, add 4 tablespoon Tai Hua Seafood Soy Sauce and bring to boil
  • 4. Pour mixture over steamed fish and serves hot
