PREPARATION
- Pre-cooking:
- 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly
- 2. For best result, soak rice in water for 30 minutes before cooking
- • Measure:
- 1 cup of rice with 1.5 cups of water (ratio 1:1:5)
- • Cooking method:
- 1. Put the soaked rice in the rice cooker
- 2. Add in the advised water ratio
- 3. Switch on cooker and wait for the rice cooker to turn from "cook" to "warm" mode
- 4. Allow the rice to steam for 5 minutes before serving
