Key Information
Our Free Range Pork Shoulder Butt, also known as Pork Collar issourced from Western Victoria, Australia. The pigs are known to be some of the healthiest in Australia, having been raised byfarmers who have a commitment to using production systems that are simple, ethical, humane and environmentally sound.
They are raised with no hormones or stimulants, and live in an outdoor bred environment. They are fed a diet of locally sourced wheat and barely to maintain excellent health and meat quality.
