1. Place tea bag in cup/mug.
2. Pour 200ml of freshly boiled water (cool to 80C) into cup/mug and dip tea bag repeatedly for 1 minute.
3. Steep tea bag for 2 more minutes.
4. Remove tea bag and serve.
