1. Begin by simmering milk in a saucepan until warm. For a single drink, 150ml of water and 4 tablespoons of milk is a good foundation.<br/>2. Steep Tipson Latte tea bag under the water boiled at 100C for 4-6 minutes.<br/>3. Add the sweetener to taste.<br/>4. Stir well. To create the great latte froth, use a frother or a small whisk to give it some air.<br/>5. Serve it warm or chill it for a few minutes before serving it in an ice-filled glass.<br/>6. For cold tea lattes, reserve the milk and shake it in a cocktail shaker with chilled tea and the sweetener of your choice.
