- • Contact FairPrice’s CS Team for any returns, refunds, or exchanges by providing your order number, pictures/ videos of the defect. • Returns/ Exchanges must be done within 7 days from delivery date. Returned products must be in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, Warranty cards, Certificates of Authenticity) and any free gifts received with it.
- • Return & refund will exclude any delivery service charges that the customer had paid for the Product. Service charges, such as delivery and installation fees will not be refunded.
- • Once the return is processed or accepted, seller will contact customer to coordinate pickup of the product. Customer must be present at the time of product pickup/exchange to complete the return.
- • Items without it's original packaging and complete accessories are not qualified for exchange.
- •Built-in appliances (Hob, Hood, Oven, Dishwasher, Air Fryer): Estimated $60-$360 for basic installation only. (same cut-out size). Additional charges apply if alterations are required.
- Installation Fee is paid directly to the installer onsite upon product being installed.
- Bulky/ No Lift Access Delivery Fees: If there is no lift access for bulky appliance delivery, there will be a walk-up/down fee due to complexity of installation by our installers.

- •2-door fridge: Climb up/down 1 level: $40
- •Multi-door/ Side-by-side fridge: Climb up/down 1 level: $50
