Sustainably farmed in pristine clear waters, the Atlantic Salmon species bear a traditional taste that is light and easy on the palate. Each boneless portion cut is approximately 150G, individually vacuum sealed and packed into a bundle set of five pieces at a total of approximately 750G. Although we go through great lengths to ensure this product is boneless, in rare cases a bone may still occur, please be caution when feeding children.

Thawing instruction: 1. The best way to defrost frozen fish is to place them in the chiller section of the refrigerator at (5-10C). Do not thaw fish at room temperature. 2. Take the fish out of the package, rinse lightly and pat dry with paper towels before cooking.
Keep frozen at -18C. Do not refreeze once thawed.
