PREPARATION
- Cooking directions:
- 1. Heat up curry paste in a pot at medium heat
- 2. Add chicken and stir fry with curry paste for 2 minutes
- 3. Add water, mix well and bring to boil
- 4. At low heat, add 200ml coconut cream and stir well
- 5. Add in potatoes and simmer the curry for 15 minutes
- 6. Turn off heat and hold the curry for 15 minutes
- 7. Serve the curry hot with white rice

- • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
