Preparation

  • Cooking directions:
  • 1. Heat up curry paste in a pot at medium heat
  • 2. Add chicken and stir fry with curry paste for 2 minutes
  • 3. Add water, mix well and bring to boil
  • 4. At low heat, add 200ml coconut cream and stir well
  • 5. Add in potatoes and simmer the curry for 15 minutes
  • 6. Turn off heat and hold the curry for 15 minutes
  • 7. Serve the curry hot with white rice

Storage

  • • Store in cool and dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
