PREPARATION
- Cooking directions:
- 1. Heat up water in a pot
- 2. Add in Mee Siam paste and bring to boil
- 3. At low heat, add coconut cream and stir well
- 4. Add taupok and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
- 5. Blanch beehoon and beansprouts in mee siam gravy for 10 seconds
- 6. Portion the beehoon into individual bowl and pour hot gravy over it
- 7. Top it off with garnishes
