PREPARATION

  • Cooking directions:
  • 1. Heat up water in a pot, add in Mee Soto paste, mix well and bring to boil
  • 2. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
  • 3. Blanch noodle and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds
  • 4. Drain off the excess water
  • 5. Portion the noodle into individual bowl and pour hot gravy over
  • 6. Topped off with garnishes
  • 7. Ready to serve

STORAGE INFORMATION

  • • Store in cool dry place
  • • Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days
