PREPARATION
- Cooking directions:
- 1. Heat up water in a pot, add in Mee Soto paste, mix well and bring to boil
- 2. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
- 3. Blanch noodle and beansprouts in boiling water for 5 seconds
- 4. Drain off the excess water
- 5. Portion the noodle into individual bowl and pour hot gravy over
- 6. Topped off with garnishes
- 7. Ready to serve
